"Anyone read the terms and conditions you agreed to when purchasing tickets?"

#PokemonGO: I'm not a legal expert, but it looks like they are really covering their assets this year after the CAL. Here's what I understand..-Niantic is not guaranteeing anything advertised with the event, from ingame content to in person interactions.-Niantic is not liable for anything that may interfere with participants ability to experience anything relating to the event (cell signal, weather, acts of God, anything outside of its control).-Maximum liability for anything cannot exceed $1000.-If you intend to bring litigation for any reason you must do so in San Francisco, CA and provide written notice within 30 days. I'm assuming this is because CA laws are more in their favor than Illinois.Lots of other caveats... and I'm sure I'm probably misinterpreting some of it.https://ift.tt/2KhlSlW A word and structure.Edit 2: added link to terms. via /r/TheSilphRoad https://ift.tt/2wvIRYu
