"How can I convince my dad to take me out for Community Day?"

#PokemonGO: Community Day is soon, I'm excited!Currently. I am 13 and can't drive. There are local stops, bu they have trash spawns. The best I can do is biking to the local strip mall, but I don't think I could spend more than 30 mins there without my parents getting worried.My mom really doesn't like video games (especially PoGo), but I don't think my dad cares that much, so I want to ask him.I don't have any friends that play PoGo, so i can't quite get him to just drop me off at the closest park.
