"Posion Type Trivia!"

So my previous post, ghost type Pokemon trivia, did pretty well So I decided to do another one! Lots of people were talking about poison types so, why not go for that? Credit to Bulbapedia and a few users in that thread who I will make sure to credit!Half of all poison type Pokemon (66) come from generation 1 (credit to /u/MotoPsycho)You could argue that Kanto has two (notable/major) poison type specialists, as Agatha, although claiming to be a ghost type trainer, actually has a full team of poison types (Credit to /u/Dreyfus2006)Generation one also introduced the most poison type moves, being 8, and it's predecessor, generation 2, introduced only one. However, that one move is arguably one of the best attacking poison type moves we have, being Sludge Bomb.In generation 1, poison was super effective against bug, and vice-versa. Not only did this mean it was the first (and only) time two different types have been super-effective against each other, but it also means the poor Paras line had THREE 4x weaknesses in gen 1!Generation 6 introduced only 2 new poison type Pokemon, with them being the same evolutionary line, being Skrelp and Dragalge.Poison type is the only type of the original 15 to not be in the 2BA master song. Instead, it was replaced with... the flame type?Speaking of being left out, a Pokemon of every type was added to the Sinnoh Pokedex in Platinum, except poison D:Bonus fact: Poison is my third favourite type, followed by Grass and, actually what the type was last time, Ghost! via /r/pokemon https://ift.tt/2rCUyYs
