"Tons of new players, or spoofers gone legit?"

#PokemonGO: In the last week and a half I have seen close to 20 new names in town all using accounts lower than level 30. This is a real Midwest town that had many players start spoofing due to lack of pokestops and gyms. My guess is that they are people that had been spoofing in the past and are now playing on new accounts.
