"Unable to connect Go Plus with ver103.3"

#PokemonGO: Upgraded to ver103.3 this morning and couldn't get the go plus to connect. Throughout the day I've done all the usual troubleshooting steps without success. Restart, clear cache, clear data, toggle Bluetooth, unpair, etc. Completely removed and reinstalled 103.3 twice.I downgraded to ver101.1 and the Go Plus connected normally again.Just posting this to see if others are experiencing the same problem. I did submit a ticket to Niantic to alert them, but they've had connection issues as a known bug since the game launched.Phone Samsung S7 on Android 7.Edit: Thanks for the replies.
