"Dragons are really rare."

#PokemonGO: Actually from my experience they are ridiculously rare, as back in the old days I manage to find like 3-4 Dratinis in the wild, even one 30% IV Dragonite, but recently there are just gone! I haven't catch a single Bagon yet, didn't see any Dratinis, how the hell I'm suppose to finish medal for catching so many dragons or do daily quest 'catch a dragon' where there are none around? And I live one the major city, walk near by hundreds of pokestops daily, yet nothing. And we even cannot found one in raids, and 10 km eggs are full of trapinchs or other crap.
