"Field research with a full bag"

#PokemonGO: This is a complaint and idea. Please just fix it so we can still get field research from spinning pokestops even if our bags are full. I leveled up yesterday and received several items from that as well as multiple raids. I don’t want to delete revives and other useful items (nabnab berries are totally useless for me) just to get field research. I don’t really have many coins and I usually only purchase coins for big raid days and community days. Staying in a gym long enough to get 50 coins can sometimes take a while.
