"[Complaint] We need more Pokémon Storage Space NOW. Yes, even more than 2,000."
#PokemonGO: Between legendaries, unique event Pokemon, high IV Pokémon, legacy Pokémon, legions of trash collected from faraway lands/vacations for trading, Lucky Pokémon, and SHINIES...yeah, we need more. We needed more a few months ago.It hurts nobody to increase maximum storage to 2,500 or 3,000. Arguably, it doesn't damage the game at all to cap it much higher. If your playstyle doesn't need it, then don't buy it. I, on the other hand, would welcome the opportunity to give Niantic my money. Would they refuse? If so...why??I don't make Poke-gender a big deal. That said, there are trainers in my community who keep a 'gender Dex', meaning they store one of each Pokémon male and female for breeding, if and when it drops. You might laugh now, but these are the same players who crushed it when Luckies dropped, since they'd been hoarding stuff since 2016 "just in case".The hardcore gym rats? They've hoarded scores of Snorlaxes, Blisseys, and other defending Pokémon.Hardcore raiders? 20-30 legendaries on a day off work isn't unheard of, and who wants to stop the train just to sort through your junk legendaries, especially when they cannot be mass-transferred?These may be some more 'dedicated' or 'hardcore' niche playstyles, but they exist and they bring in a ton of money for Niantic. I'm genuinely curious why Niantic hasn't added more storage space, despite claims that it would. via /r/pokemongo https://ift.tt/2LTeuli
