"Everybody's Mythical Pokemon should have the same stats"

#PokemonGO: I mean we get only one so why not. Why not give everybody a perfect (or 0% ) iv Mew/Celebi because its not like you can grind for a better one anyways. The majority of my friends refuse to power up their mews in hopes they can get a better one. Overall it feels punishing because you weren't one of the chosen few to have a blessed account.
