"IMHO: Prepare your mind/body/schedule/wallet for a busy PoGo September"

#PokemonGO: Many of us were disappointed in the trading event and Regi's.However, a potentially busy September for Pokemon Go enthusiasts approaches.From Wednesday August 29, 2018 until Sunday September 2, 2018 the Yokosuka Pokemon Go Safari Event will be held in Yokosuka Japan.For those lucky enough to attend, it should be a great in person event!For those of us who won't be attending, prepare yourself for shiny Wingull hunting, which has already been announced to have increased spawns worldwide and a chance for shiny form (think: minun/plusle rates during Go Fest, roselia rates for Germany event).New Global Challenge goals will become active September 1 & 2. As those are unlocked, anticipate stardust rewards in game, which will lead many of us to go grind a lot at lured spots or dense spawn rate locations for increased stardust reserves. *Save and use those starpieces!*It is also safe to assume that September 8, 2018 will become Moltres Day ala Zapdos day and Articuno day earlier in the summer. Have your 3 hour routes ready and a team to play with prepared. Maximizing these 3 hours (for fun, for high IV or for catches, or all of the above) is very important. If you can control / influence your work schedule, it would make sense to start trying to get off on that day now. Is it possible it would not be that day? Yes, but unlikely.Chikorita Community Day has been announced as being September 22, 2018. With this being a fact, it's my assumption that the "Ultra Unlock" will be a special raid boss 3 hour period ala Zapdos/Articuno day on September 15, 2018. While this would make for a jam packed (and exhausting) month, precedence was set earlier in the summer with Articuno day/Squirtle Community Day, so it's not impossible.I am of the belief that this will be a Mewtwo 3 hour raid day with potential for shiny, and that Deoxys will become the new "EX Raid" boss sometime after. This may not be true, but with Celebi being announced prior to the Ultra Reward Unlock, the potential for "Mewtwo Day Ultra Reward" becomes more real.So, for all of the disappointment some of us may have suffered based on the rewards event of the Regi's, charge up your body, mind, monetary funds (if you buy raid passes) and cellular devices for the month of September.I this it will be a busy, fun and eventful one.Have a great day everyone!! via /r/TheSilphRoad https://ift.tt/2MVN6Az
