"Multiple shiny Pokémon from same spawning point"

#PokemonGO: Last night I caught shiny no. 3 from the same spawn spot on my street. (All w/in past 3 months) I’m starting to think certain spawning spots have a higher rate of producing a shiny. Or, certain spawn points are switched “on” for the possibility of producing a shiny. So far I’ve caught a shiny meditite (5/14) a shiny luv disc (6/17) and now a shiny pooch (8/3) from that same exact spot. There are 3 other spawn points on my street & I’ve never caught a shiny from any of those 3. Have I found an anomaly here?
