"[Observation] Pokémon GO checks PERIODICALLY checks "evidence" of root"

#PokemonGO: I did a quick test after seeing the news, and when I tryed to create remotely (through debugging) a dummy folder named "magiskmanager", it only took a minute or two for the game to pick up on it and lock me out of the game. This is stupid, as it's not only impossible to root the device with the game open all the time (?) but it might also impact the game's perfomance if the check keeps running.https://youtu.be/aqVFCyAPKnoFurther testing suggest that the game may only check for specific locations ? I tryed creating the dummy folder inside another dummy folder and the game isn't locking me out, nor have I trouble restarting the game. So maybe the game is trying accessing certain paths rather than looking through your folders ?[currently crafting video of this]I don't think it's useful info in any case, that was just an observation.EDIT : Nice title, I knowEDIT2 : Minor text fixes via /r/TheSilphRoad https://ift.tt/2L0va5L
