"Inaccurate Weather Reporting tool: Does anyone know how it works? Does it even work?"
#PokemonGO: I've been wondering about this for some time. The weather here is often inaccurate. Many times when it's raining, PoGo won't recognize that it's rainy weather. Same with Windy weather. When there's morning fog, it's never foggy. The weather during the day often shifts between cloudy, partly cloudy and sunny. A while back I discovered that you could actually report the weather as inaccurate and I do from time to time, but I can't figure out what it takes for the game to actually listen to your report and change the weather.Sometimes I'll report the weather as being wrong and within 5 minutes the weather in-game changes (sometimes to accurate weather, sometimes not). There have been other times (like during Community Day) where we had 4 people all report the weather as inaccurate at the same time (the game was saying it was raining even though it wasn't and that was negatively affecting spawns) and it never changed. I can't figure out if it's just coincidence that sometimes the weather changes right after I report or if my lone report is actually doing something. Anyone have any ideas? How many people reporting does it take to change the weather? If you frequently report the weather as incorrect, will the game start ignoring your reports? Also I don't understand the second option. "This weather seems accurate, but isn't up to date". If it's not up to date, doesn't that mean it's not accurate? via /r/TheSilphRoad https://ift.tt/2CJyCTH
