"[Question]Drastic decrease in Chansey spawns?"

#PokemonGO: At the beginning of the event I caught a very fair amount of Chansey. One day I even caught 5, but I haven't seen a single Chansey spawn after the first couple of days into the event. Even in partly cloudy weather I see none and it makes no sense because I play in the same places.
