"Whose bright idea was it to make jynx a quest reward for the Psychic Spectacular?"

#PokemonGO: No really I want to know. Because this is why people say Niantic doesn't play their own game. A better idea would've been ralts as a reward. Stop me if I'm wrong here but last time I checked jynx has been around for over 2yrs and they nest. Ralts on the other hand is still fairly new only being live for 10mths. And it doesn't nest!I better see a serious increase in ralts spawns after this horrible 48hr pikachu outbreak or else I will personally make it my business to head over to Niantic Labs and raise the roof off that sucker. I mean come on now. Jynx? That's no reward. I'm going to start asking for the opposite of everything. Because every logical thing that gets requested we seem to get the opposite. SMH jynx.
