"Anyone else having trouble finding Shinx raids?"

#PokemonGO: I don't know why but whenever I tune into the game I barely see any Shinx raids going on. When I finally do get a level 1 raid egg it'll be something different like Bidoff or Buneary. Anyone else having this issue or is it just me? I just feel like they are hard to come by. I've maybe seen a total of 5 Shinx raids since they were introduced to raid bosses and that includes me taking trips to my local downtown.
