"[Idea] A "Ready" button in raid lobbies"

#PokemonGO: In the lobby, there would be a button raiders can toggle to indicate they are "ready". WhenAll raiders in a private raid are ready, orA public raid is full and all raiders are readyThe raid will switch to a 10 second timer (if the existing timer is longer), and the raid will start once that is up. If, at any moment during that 10s countdown, someone disables the ready button, the timer returns to the original, longer duration where it was left off. This is to account for raiders who may accidentally toggle the ready status before they actually are.To illustrate with an example: A raid has counted down to 37 seconds. Everyone is ready. The raid will now switch to 10 seconds. 7 seconds later, someone disabled their ready status. The countdown changes to 37 - 7 = 30 seconds.Basically, this allows raids to accelerate the countdown once everyone is ready to start and nobody else will be joining the private raid, or there's no space left in the public raid. Readychecks are standard features in MMORPG raiding for most major games actually, so this isn't exactly a new concept. via /r/pokemongo https://ift.tt/2PNkA9z
