"[Idea] Walk 100 km with your buddy to unlock its community day move with TM’s"

#PokemonGO: Just a thought about community day or raid day (like Gengar and birds) exclusive moves. A lot of people miss out on community days or have good Pokémon caught outside of community day that can’t learn the special move.I just think it’s a little silly that I can evolve a 60% Charizard during CD to get blast burn, but if I caught a 100% Charizard today it would never be as strong as the CD one with lower stats.What if, every Pokémon with a past CD or equivalent special move had a little bar like feebas that tracks how far you have walked it, and after 100km then it can get the move from TMs?Doesn’t completely devalue Pokémon caught during CD because of the effort required, but doesn’t make it so disappointing to miss out on a CD every once in a while.Only exception would be ex-raid exclusive moves, like Shadowball Mewtwo; I believe those should always be exclusive (or else the ex-raid system is really pointless).Thoughts? Suggestions to improve on the idea? Are there any major downsides to this I’m not seeing?
