"Meltan Quests is the first hardcore mythical grind"
#PokemonGO: spoilers for meltan quest So if you've seen the meltan quest requirements, you'll understand the wacky spawns and weird quests like scyther for evolving anorith. But the thing is, all that lasts 11 days. There are 2 pages of quests that require battling raids, once 2 times and another 10 times. So for casuals playing with only free passes, it will likely literally be impossible for them to get meltan, as the lets go event will be over when they finish 10 raids, and thus gulpin, slugma, cubone, and fossils will be as rare as before. This may or may not be a bad thing. I know a lot of hardcore people wanted a mythical quest that actually rewards the grind, so the faster you get through the more likely you can actually finish it. But it's definitely a casual deterrent, much more than Mews evolve magikarp or catch a ditto, since that Kanto event lasted i want to say a month? Anyway, just some thoughts I had. Personally salty, but not too salty, since I can get 400 candy from Lets Go pretty easily. via /r/TheSilphRoad https://ift.tt/2Ds30k1
