"Niantic support refuses to escalate / help with removal of a gym literally between train tracks. What options do we have?"

#PokemonGO: I’ve contacted Niantic support using online form to submit a problematic gym/pokestop, filled out GPS coords, full name and attached satellite images of the gym which is a water tower standing in between active train tracks.Images here: https://ift.tt/2DHCHGN gym is on private property of the train company – if you try to go there near the fence, you might face a fine if railroad’s security agents find you. If you go on the tracks, you might risk your health and life, of course.Niantic rep keeps ignoring the most important issue which is safety and keeps responding with canned replies like this:we need to collaborate directly with the property owner/Director of "gym name" in order to take action on this PokéStop/Gym.When did Niantic stop caring about players’ safety? This gym is literally on train tracks and they need me to escalate this to railway company’s management? What the heck. What should I do, do I keep messaging support hoping for a different rep? Should I email some higher up at Niantic?————Edit1:Folks keep repeating the same things I want to address them:This isn’t a gym where train company employees are playing in it. Water tower is a structure built without pedestrian access because it’s intended to be used from a vehicle running on train tracks.Niantic has Portal and matching PokéStop submission guidelines/rules which forbid places without safe pedestrian access. Look at my satellite image above and tell me how people are supposed to access that. This isn’t about not going there, this is about doing the right thing and removing an unsafe location from Niantic Real World Platform. The very platform they advertise as having a database of safe POIs, unlike other games which can randomly generate them on a cliff, highway or train tracks. via /r/TheSilphRoad https://ift.tt/2P2JSvb
