"The Overworld Can Do More"

Just thought of this while playing PLG:E in Viridian forest in and watching a Bulbasaur walk into a sunny spot.Pokemon in the overworld should battle each other occasionally and evolve on screen in the overworld. They dont have to fight each other to evolve but I want them to do stuff like that. It'd be crazy if one of the Bulbasaur I see in the overworld walks over to a sun spot and its bulb opens causing it to evolve and then an Ivysaur is walking around. Or like a Charmander roasts a Pidgey and becomes a Charmeleon. This also would work really well for pokemon like Bagon or Mantyke. Bagon wants to fly so you see him jumping from cliffs and evolving into Shelgon. For Mantyke you see it cross paths with a Remoraid and becomes a Mantine.I think this would add even more life to the overworld. It reminds me of Pokemon Snap where the world is constantly moving and changing. You see a Magikarp become a Gyarados.
