#PokemonGO: We don't know much about how PvP will work in detail, but it's a good bet that Tyranitar (rock and dark), Outrage Dragonite and especially Meteor Mash Metagross will be top contenders in all three PvP Leagues. So to keep all your options open, it's probably a good idea to stock up on some Dratini and Larvitar that you could evolve into a Great League eligible Dragonite or Tyranitar, and - most importantly - prepare up to three MM Metagross close to the 1500 CP cap.The max level for all three (Tyranitar, Dragonite, Metagross) is 13.5 with perfect IVs. A perfect Beldum (376), Dratini (387), Larvitar (401) at level 13.5 will evolve into a perfect Metagross (1462), Dragonite (1463), Tyranitar (1479). Obviously, your chance of catching a perfect level 13.5 Pokémon over the weekend is very low, but if you keep an eye on these CP levels you could save yourself a lot of time and Stardust with the setup for Great League battles.The max level for a 0% IV Tyranitar, Dragonite, or Metagross to stay under the 1500CP mark is 15.5. This is an important level to remember because eg. a 0% level 16 Beldum will have much lower CP than a 100% level 13.5 Beldum, yet it will definitely evolve into a Metagross that is no longer eligible for the Great League.
