"My Second 0% IV - Meltan"

#PokemonGO: Used another Meltan box last night and didn’t think to IV check them until this morning. I went though and checked the small ones in order to get the double candy transfers before this afternoon, and I saw it had the correct appraisal to be a 0%. So, I checked it, and there it is. A 0% Meltan. Not sure if I should evolve it or not, but I’m keeping it nevertheless.What 0% IV’s do you guys have? 100%? I also have a 0% Turtwig which I posted about a while back, and I only have one 100% IV which is a Crobat...Beastie Boi via /r/pokemongo http://bit.ly/2BFKD8G
