"Pokestop and Gym appeared that are not sponsored and not Portals"

#PokemonGO: This morning in downtown Bellevue WA USA, very close to Niantic's office a Pokestop and Gym appeared.Typically when a new portal is added in Ingress, it will not become a stop or gym until ~11am PST the next weekday. However, these locations appeared prior to 7am this morning.Additionally, neither location is a portal according to the Ingress intel map nor are they visible as portals with the Ingress scanner.Could this possibly be some sort of field test of a new system for locations in Pokemon Go that does not rely on Ingress?Here's an Imgur album showing the stop, gym, and the portal list for the area:http://bit.ly/2AHZSyl via /r/TheSilphRoad http://bit.ly/2FiSFc7
