"Cold Weather PSA for Raiding Palkia"

#PokemonGO: For those of us living in the U.S. in the middle of the Polar Vortex, be extra careful while Raiding Palkia. While we can bundle up to avoid frostbite, our phones cannot. We just stood outside for 6 minutes Raiding Palkia just now in Negative 5 degree Fahrenheit weather, and two trainers' phones died from the extreme cold. We watched their batteries go from over 70% to power-off during the Raid Battle. Needless to say, we didn't beat the Raid, and they lost Raid passes.
