"DPS rank by type before/after changes"
#PokemonGO: I took DPS from https://pokemongo.gamepress.gg/comprehensive-dps-spreadsheet.DPS rank by typeActually we should use DPS*1.6 not the neutral DPS, because in raid we always use super effective attack. (or 2x SE) But the ranking is same. (for equal 1x SE)For 2x super effective, type effective is (now) absolute and this ranking goes next to that. For example, any type 2x SE is stronger than 1x SE +weather boosted Dragon type. Only exception is Ground type, but in my knowledge there's no pokemon who's doubly weak to Ground and 1x weak to Dragon, so basically type effectiveness is a first factor you should consider and this ranking is a second factor. This is the reason Ground type was used in Heatran raid even though it's neutral DPS is lowest. As you know, weather affects this ranking. For example, Groudon slightly outperforms Mewtwo and Roserade (Grass Knot one) slightly outperforms Rayquaza in sunny weather.I excluded Deoxys, who cannot last long practically.Mostly I took best attackers from http://bit.ly/2qFnAIW. So in several cases denoted pokemon is No.2 DPS instead of No.1, because I wanted this to be a practical guide of best attacker, not for a hardcore raider. (Breloom -> Machamp, Electivire -> Raikou, Roserade->Venusaur (before change), Weavile-> Tyranitar) So if in this chart there're two pokemon for one line, first one is what DPS value is taken for the chart, and second one's DPS is actually slightly higher (but TDO is much lower)I excluded Normal and Fairy, for obvious reasons. Well, it was more like because the graph is already crowded. This ranking is mostly due to moves they have. You can see it from Groudon who is at the bottom of the graph. For the major types, stats are almost standardized at high level. Poison, Grass, and Bug types are suffering from absence of legendary/Pseudo-legendary. On the other hand, Ground, Normal, Dark, Water types are suffering from absence of good move. (Think of Earthquake, Hyper Beam, Crunch, Hydro Pump... actually they were not that bad moves before community days introduce lots of excellent moves) And lo! the impact of Rock Slide given to Rampardos.I included Mamoswine which will be released on February community day. I assumed Powder Snow-Avalanche which is already in game data. You can use this chart to pick up a best counter to a raid boss, or to estimate minimum number of trainers to take down a boss. (you should also consider boss' DEF and you need a reference like one that Palkia needs two trainers to take down for comparison with another boss. Actually it's more complicated as boss's moves (i.e. DM of Palkia) and counter's TDO also counts, but for a rough estimate it works- also be careful from Palkia bosses have 20% more HP than before)This is my first infographic and I tried to make a neat one like what Gamepress people make, but I have little talent for this kind of thing. I wanted to find faces of new Pokemons but I couldn't. via /r/TheSilphRoad http://bit.ly/2WGkBvH
