Lets go over how many games you can catch it in.Route 218 and 222 (Pearl only)Mirage Forrest (ORAS)A hidden grotto from BW2and... that's it. Well it was technically available in the dreamworld but that's long gone so I'm not really gonna count that. Does anyone know why? I never got the impression it was meant to be a rare pokemon. If its a case of people not liking it so gf is trying to phase it out, then I feel like they would have started doing that with other pokemon people hate much more.
