"I just lost my Level 40 Valor account"

#PokemonGO: I was playing my game normally on 20 February and suddenly I couldn’t login on 21 February. Google login says account doesn’t exist. PTC login doesn’t recognize either my username or password even though I made no changes to them. My friends report that I am no longer on their friends lists.Niantic tech support has not been helpful so far saying they cannot locate my account and suggesting that I start a new one. I am a Level 40 Trainer and have been playing since 2017. I have over 55million XP and a bunch of good moms I would hate to lose.Could u/NianticGeorge look into this and tell my tech support guy Sutcliff how to restore my account.
