"Broken for anybody else? July/August 2016 Lucky Chance"

#PokemonGO: traded about 9 pokemon with the July/August 2016 tag, none of them went lucky.really really really bad luck? or was the 75% chance just for the duration of the event?anybody else trade recently? (not including garunteed lucky ones, that one worked for sure even after or before the CNY event (chinese new year's). for context: all of them were from AUGUST 2016, not july. and the pokmemon traded for were all 2018 or afterwards. Edit: For clarity, what I'm asking is, since the 75% (increased) chance article was specifically tested during the event, could that have been coded out afterwards? Because some of my other friends and personal experience is that 3/4 is really high for what we personally experienced.
