"Fear of evolving is really hurting my enjoyment of the game"

#PokemonGO: Evolution-related FOMO is a major problem with the game. It really sucks to get a good hatch or a good wild catch and then let it sit in storage for months, years hoping that there will be a community day or a random event that will give us a new move. Sitting around with 5 Bagons in the 90+ IV range and refusing to evolve any of them because of this fear is not an enjoyable way to play this game at all.​Special moves should be TM-able, plain and simple. Regular TMs. Special TMs. Who cares, just give us a way to get them.​Personally, I'm sitting with a ton of Pokemon in my storage that I want to evolve and expand my dex. I don't even have an Aggron yet. Or a Gardevoir. Slaking. Salamence. Plenty of others. I have tons of candy for these Pokemon but I don't want to evolve a near-perfect one only to find out about an exclusive move later that I can't use a TM for. The little event with Breloom also showed us that there is no "safe" Pokemon to wait for. Yeah, we can expect the starters to have community days, and other interesting Pokemon that evolve into heavy hitters (Dratini, Larvitar, Beldum) to have their own community days as well, but who really expected Breloom?​And I'm not interested in the "if you can put it to use now, evolve it" argument because I think it's a pretty weak argument. We all want the best version of our catches/hatches and once that special version comes around, we are going to be bummed that we didn't wait. We're not going to sit there and convince ourselves that "well, at least I used it in gym battles 50 or so times, and in a few raids, I got my use out of it" and suddenly feel okay with it.​TLDR; Waiting around with tons of high-value, good IV Pokemon in our storage for months, years is not fun.
