#PokemonGO: Hi! I recently started to play Ingress Prime because in my town there aren't a lot of Pokestops and we all decided to start adding more. I was having some problems with my Google account, so I created a new one and used Facebook to unlink the old one and link the new one. Somehow, it didn't work as expected and now I can access ingress from both Google accounts. I logged back into the old one and stopped thinking about it.My surprise came when I tried to log into Pokemon Go, because it showed an error saying that there was problem logging in. At first, I thought the servers were down, but just to be sure, I deleted APP data and tried to log again, which didn't work. Then I made a mistake trying to log in with "Create new account" instead of "Returning player". I thought it would say something like "Account already in use", but no, I was back at level 1 with the intro sequence. That meant that my Google account was not linked to my Pokemon Go account anymore. After that, I thought that maybe the Ingress changes affected Pokemon Go as well, and I logged using the account I made for ingress, which logged me into my level 32 Pokemon Go account. I don't know what kind of spaghetti code is this, but I almost had a heart attack when I saw that I was level 1 again. I recovered it with the following steps:Log in with the new Google accountLink it with a Facebook accountLog out and log in using FacebookUnlink the new Google accountLog into the old Google accountLink it to a different Facebook accountLog out and log in using FacebookUnlink the old Google account and link the new oneLog out and log in using the first Facebook accountLink the old Google accountLog out and log in using the old Google accountUnlink FacebookProfitI know it's a bit messy, but you need to log out of a Google account and log back in with another method to unlink it. After all of that, I could log in normally with my old Google account into my level 32 Pokemon Go account and the level 1 was linked to the new Google account.​Maybe all this post is not necessary, but I searched for a while and found nothing about it, so I hope that it helps someone in trouble in the future.
