"Way too early shiny rates and some misc observations"

#PokemonGO: I've been playing for the last hour since the event started. I had cloudy weather throughout.Here are my WAY TOO EARLY shiny rates.Castform: 7/46Lotad: 1/26Nidoran(F): 0/12Some observations:- About a third of the spawns were Castforms (normal)- Apparently my castform shiny rate is off the roof, but it seems to be approximately at CD rates.- Quests were broadly the same as the ones we saw during the Clamperl day, with the addition of battling gyms, and catching weather-boosted pokemons.
