"Did Niantic forget to turn off increased weather boosted spawns from last event ?"

#PokemonGO: As title says, I feel like the weather boosted increase from lotad day is still active because to be honest it doesn’t seem like a bug event to me.I can’t be the only one that noticed this, other people in my community have also reported the same. Here’s another post with similar observations.From shinies disappearing and now this...Niantic, if this is true, please assign an assistant or something to the person who is responsible for hitting the button on turning on or off events or even transitioning between events because it is very frustrating to have such inconsistencies in gameplay.I love this game.
