"Gengar in raid had all three charge moves"

#PokemonGO: Hey guys! I tried doing a three-star raid for the first time by myself a few minutes ago and it was a Gengar. Somehow this Gengar used all three of its charge moves - sludge bomb, focus blast and shadow ball. It used shadow ball on my Gengar and focus blast on my Tyranitar and Weavile causing them to faint in one hit. I guess my question is, is it normal for a raid boss to use all of its charge moves in a battle? via /r/pokemongo http://bit.ly/2WDMQL7
