"Has a anyone else's game been sort of glitchy lately?"

#PokemonGO: For the past week when I open the game there will be pokemon and when i click it, i get the "pokemon not available" error. Or it will let me capture the pokemon but after being caught it will say i caught a completely different pokemon. For example, this afternoon i captured a bulbasaur but it said i captured a charmander. Is this happening to anyone else? via /r/pokemongo http://bit.ly/2E7ZpqQ
