"I Believe I Have Figured Out the Photobomb Bug"

#PokemonGO: This is the bug that causes you to never get the photobomb to appear, no matter if you try it hundreds of times.In the previous event where we were able to get five a day, sometimes some users were only able to get four.I believe I have figured out the root cause of the problem.​For this event, it sounds like a photobomb is guaranteed to happen on the first attempt. This helped in the testing.​On one account, I clicked the camera icon, but the game became nonresponsive, so I had to force restart the game. After that, I tried ten picture sessions but was never able to get a photobomb.I tested on a few other accounts afterwards where I would enter the first picture session but exit without taking a picture. All of those accounts would never get a photobomb after.Other accounts where I did take a picture on the first session all got Pikachu right away.​I believe the bug is because of bad Niantic logic as follows.​The game decides when you START the photo session whether you will get the photobomb and changes the flag or counter at this point, NOT when you take the picture. If you don't take a picture during this session, you've lost your chance for the day.​TL;DR - NEVER leave any photo session without taking any pictures.
