"Morning GM Changes to lake guardians"

#PokemonGO: It looks like sometime between 10pm last night and this morning niantic changed the GM and removed the flee rate from the lake guardians settings. the capture rate is still the same but unsure if that means that they will jump out of balls but not run. Thats what I read but again cant confirm what is the effect of this change.​The capture rate is 0.02.The flee rate was 0.04.​Edit: I say morning as I am located in the US eastern time zone. via /r/TheSilphRoad http://bit.ly/2We7uBB
