"PvP invites not going through?"

#PokemonGO: Seems with the new update, PvP battles are being very sporadic. We're having to do restarts to receive the invitation and even then they aren't always starting correctly. Anyone else having an issue? via /r/TheSilphRoad http://bit.ly/2VdaUYw
