In the episode "Gettin' the Bugs Out" of Pokemon anime series, http://bit.ly/2WqAclQ (Season-3, Episode-39);at time 17:06 there is an animation glitch where Misty and Togepi's lip movement look synchronized even when Togepi is not talking . It makes it look like Togepi is speaking in Misty's voice. (funny to notice it) :D(At this scene) via /r/pokemon http://bit.ly/2M9j0xt
