The CP is kinda low and was wondering if I should power it up now or after I evolve it. Also should I reroll the moves now or only reroll once it a venusaur. Is it worth it to reroll moves considering how little stardust I have? I've never done these things and don't want to fuck it up for my first 100% IV. via /r/pokemongo http://bit.ly/30Z7FDp
