"Make summer community days later in "hot" countries"

#PokemonGO: Seriously. I live in southern Italy, summer hasn't even started, and our mobiles are already smoking hot, and our necks fire red.Considering that sun sets later, can't "hot" countries such the ones in: southern europe, central america, southern US, southern asia, great part of africa, get community days like starting at 16:30 and ending at 19:30 in summer (and maybe a bit earlier during the day for cold countries in winter)?
