Snubbull is probably 10 times as common as ralts, while at the same time costing 2.5 times less candy than a Gardevoir to evolve. Boosted commonly in cloudy weather, a level 35 Granbull is much easier to obtain than banking on luck to stumble on a low level Ralts that takes much more investment to bring to a usable level. More importantly, people in your group are much more likely to have Granbull registered, which means it is now a very viable option in Palkia raids, for which people often don't have dragon types, and can't even find enough ralts candies from hatching them.Even more importantly, with Garde's status as a practical pseudo-legendary, it means hundreds of people are anxious about evolving their good IV ralts and then later missing out on a sweet exclusive move.I think Granbull is the new budget dragon slayer, and its coverage with fighting type moves and dark types further enhances its usability in PVP vs spending 25,000 more on stardust and 25 more of those already unobtainable candy for Gardevoir. via /r/TheSilphRoad https://ift.tt/2NKKFWi
