"I accidentally deleted my ultra moon save file with all my pokémon since emerald"

I thought I was resetting my pokémon moon save file but I forgot to switch the game cards and wasn’t paying attention because I was watching a YouTube video at the same time. I didn’t even notice what I did until I got to the gender selection part.15 years of Pokémon, every gen since 3 and I’d reset a game and play it again after I transferred my original pokémon up to the newest game.
