"Is there a way to list those friends who I can actually send gifts?"

#PokemonGO: I have 60+ friends now and its and every day struggle to send them gifts. I guess my friends have a lot of other friends too and because of the 20 max gift open limit, they are not opening gifts every day. Also Since you can have only 10 gifts in your inventory at a time, I am struggling to find those who I can send gift to.I am aware of the little left arrow if you already sent someone a gift, but that one is only available when he opens the gift. So everyone who didn't opened my gift in the previous days will be a the same like those who I can actually send at the moment.
