Frenzy Plant makes it good enough to join GamePress.gg's Attackers Tier List as a Tier 4 Attacker. GREAT for new/returning player or those that like using diverse Pokemon.PvP-ready CPsFor Great League Torterra, look for Turtwig with CP 558-597 and below.
