"Has support stopped responding to Technical Issue reporting through In-Game Chat and Email?"
#PokemonGO: 5 days ago my progress on "A Thousand Year Slumber" was reset for the task that requires spinning 7 days in a row. I was on my 6th day when it reset.I have contacted support through the in-game chat, as well as through their online form submission. I have almost always received a response within 3 business days. But it has been a lot longer this time, and they have recently tweeted that they're closing down email communications.I have tried contacting them again yesterday but there has been no communication with me from their end, and I was wondering if others are receiving communication from their end.I am aware that I can complete the task by trying again for another week, but there's the possibility of the streak resetting again.
