#PokemonGO: So I know 100km a week might seem really hard, and it is if you just go for it right out of the gate. I myself have walked over 100km a week for 3 years (because of my work) so I'm here to give you 4 common sense tips.Tip 1: Are you actually physically able to walk this much? Dont try to kill it the first week. Aim for 10km more than your last week and work yourself up. Pick 1 day a week to do literally nothing with your legs. You need to rest and heal.Tip 2: foot wear. Make sure to have a good shoe with good arch support. Your feet will be bleeding the first few weeks if you haven't developed the calluses necessary for this type of distance. Don't make it harder on yourself by opening your foot up to stress fractures.Tip 3: this is supposed to be fun. Don't look at this as something you must do. Look at it as a goal to work towards. Maybe in 2020 you can finally start making the goal! The important thing is not to stress out, and have a good time while exercising.Tip 3: remember to stretch before and after your walks. Take breaks often and keep them short. Have snacks on you to stay energized throughout the day, and remember to stay hydrated.
