"Darkrai as a tier 6 raid has been the worst raiding experience that I can remember"

#PokemonGO: I have not been able to trío it with my coworkers, so raid hour after work was a bust. I’ve failed at every raid with random strangers because my six level 40 Machamp can only do so much when I’m raiding with people using Vaporeon, Charizard and other non-super effective Pokémon. Discord has been very quiet and when people do express interest they quickly back out saying they won’t bother driving to the gym unless 8+ trainers have already RSVPd. I was expecting to go hard to get a high IV one and take advantage of double candy to power one up without dipping into my rare candy stash, but I’ve only been able to win 5 raids so far, lost 4 and stood around countless times waiting for others to show up while the raid timer expired.If Niantic made Darkrai a more challenging raid boss hoping to increase social interaction then I believe they failed, at least where I live. It’s so bad one stranger I was at a gym with asked me and the other two there “You guys got any spoofer friends you can call for help?”This has to have cost. Niantic a lot of money, so I hope they never do it again.Has their plan worked in any of your communities?
