All stats are subject to change in a later date or update.Functionally perfect Pokemon are ones that have a 15 Attack - 15 Defense - 14 Stamina (HP) spread and have identical stats as perfect IV'ed Pokemon at 15-15-15. The only difference is in its maximum CP at Level 40, hence the "functional" aspect of this list.I did not do any of the calculations, so the long decimals aren't included in the chart. If you've done the number crunching, they should be rounded down (just rid the decimals entirely, so something that has 69.9 is just 69). Whole numbers were taken from PvPoke as I was just looking around and got curious.
