"Gyms that have the EX Raid tag but are not EX eligible anymore may no longer distribute EX passes"

#PokemonGO: When I posted the updated info about EX raid tags there was some data that didn't fit because they were gyms with the EX raid tag but not EX eligible with the new date for the EX and exclusion areas (gyms that were inside an EX area with areas from 2016 but not from 2019).In that post I gave 2 examples and both of them haven't had more EX raids since the change in the criteria.If a gym got the EX raid tag after the changes, it should still be able to distribute EX passes. The problem is with gyms that already had the tag.More datau/YoshiOfADown wrote in the other post that there's one gym that hasn't handed out passes since the change and is no longer EX eligible.Gym called Parque Cuarto Deposito Isabel Segunda (40.465607,-3.688566) hasn't handed out passes since the change.If this is confirmed to be true, Niantic should remove the EX raid tag from these gyms.How can I check if a gym is EX eligibleI have a website that you can use in order to check them.
